Resolution:

Check the service, network and daemon values of ami_rvd_session parameter in hawkagent.cfg file on the client machine. The daemon value should be always local to the machine.

Eg: -ami_rvd_session 18475 bond0;; tcp:cpvenv31:18474 (daemon is remote to the client machine)
      -ami_rvd_session 18475 bond0;; tcp:18474 (daemon is local to the client machine)
