Description:
Within the releases of V 9.2x to V 9.5.2 when a user had finished an action, there was no email notification to confirm the action had been completed being sent
Symptoms:
No action completed email notifications being sent
Cause:
This is caused by a software bug
Resolution
This has been fixed within the V 9.5.2 Hotfix 1 release
