Description:
When Running the CtrlBackup Utility on Server 2008 R2 you may get the following error

21/03/2015 10:37:15 p.m.: Main Lock applied to the Process Repository
21/03/2015 10:38:15 p.m.: Web Lock applied to the Process Repository
21/03/2012 10:38:30 p.m.: Requesting volume shadowing on drive C:\
21/03/2012 10:38:41 p.m.: ERROR: 0x80070005
21/03/2012 10:38:41 p.m.: CtrlBackupUtil finished
Symptoms:
ERROR: 0x80070005 within the log generated from the CtrlBackupUtil
Cause:
Permissions configuration on Windows 2008 R2
Resolution
To resolve this error please ensure the account running the backup is a member of Local Administrators Group and also ensure that you run the task with the highest possible privileges.
