Description:
Due to the way the TIBCO Nimbus Cloud is deployed, the functionality within the author client of Search > My Searches Console and "Rebuild Search Index" will not run
Symptoms:
An error message is presented saying the Search utility is not configured
Cause:
The functionality does not work if customers login via Citrix, and Nimbus is installed on a separate box. This is the current way that the TIBCO Nimbus Cloud Service is deployed and is a functionality flaw within the software

Resolution

Customers on the TIBCO Nimbus Cloud service have their search index rebuild automatically daily via a scheduled task.  They can also request us to run it on an Ad Hoc basis by raising an SR to TIBCO Support
