If the ActiveMatrix user accidentally installs the ActiveMatrix SPM Dashboard Hotfix 011 on top of an existing ActiveMatrix SPM Dashboard Hotfix 010 configuration, the existing configuration files and properties (including startamxdashboard.bat, services.bat, setenv.bat and install.properties) that were manually updated in Hotfix10, will be overwritten.
Symptoms:
After installation of AMX330 HF11, check the following files. All files are over written after HF11 installation.
1). User has updated the EMS in HF10 at the following location but all files are over written with default data after installation.
* AMX_HOME/amxdashboard/3.3/amxdashboard/startamxdashboard.bat
* AMX_HOME/amxdashboard/3.3/amxdashboard/tomcat/bin/setenv.bat
* AMX_HOME/amxdashboard/3.3/amxdashboard/tomcat/bin/tomcatasservice.bat
* AMX_HOME/amxdashboard/3.3/setup/install.properties
2). The user had configured SPM TCT in HF10 (spmdashboard-config.properties) but after the HF11 installation, the spmdashboard-config.properties file is updated with default values. User lost the HF10 configuration without any backup.

3). E:\AMX330HF12V182\administrator\3.3\samples\admin-scripts-base.xml
In this file, the user already updated the following property in HF10, but after installing HF11 the following location is over written with "@@TIBCO_HOME@@".

All configured values in the previous HF should not be updated with new default values after installing the latest HF on the previous HF.
Cause:
SPM in the Environment.
Resolution
To recover the lost configuration, the ActiveMatrix user can uninstall TIBCO ActiveMatrix 3.3.0 Hotfix 011 from TIBCO_HOME. This will restore the previous Hotfix 010 configuration. Note that the Web application will not be available in the Tomcat Web App folder. To install, the ActiveMatrix user needs to copy the WAR file from the /amxspmdashboard/3.3/webconsole folder to the Tomcat Web App folder.
