Symptoms:

The key symptom is the java.lang.NoSuchMethodError message.  This shows there are incorrect versions of the jar files.

Cause:
=====
In this case the Event Stream processing part of hotfix 01 was not applied.

Resolution:
=========
Apply Event Stream part of the hotfix (TIB_be-eventstreamprocessing_4.0.1_win_x86_hotfix1.zip).
