The message  "SSL handshake failed: " os logged in EMS server log.  There is no direct way to find out which client failed to connect.

Since handshaking happens before a client can make a connection, the server does not/ cannot log the client information.  

Resolution:

You may try to take a network capture of the SSL client and server exchange certificates during handshaking.  The capture may show that there are some connections to the server from some machine around the time the error occurs in the server log.
