Symptoms:
As described.
Cause:
The BC runtime tables may be corrupt or damaged.
Resolution
Recreate the runtime table from System Settings -> Audit, Non-Repudiation and Runtime Database Configuration. Before recreating the runtime tables, first shutdown both the IS and GS server.
For recreating the runtime tables, refer to the TIBCO BusinessConnect Interior Server Document > Installation and Configuration > Chapter 3 Postinstallation : Audit, Non-Repudiation and Runtime Database Configuration section.
Note that only runtime tables should be recreated. The audit and non-repudiation tables should be left unmodified or transaction data will be lost.
