Issue regarding the Web-server that will stop you sorting custom columns and thus giving less granularity for End-Users.
Symptoms:
You will be unable to sort newly added or custom columns in the web-server using the up/down arrow.
Cause:
This is a known issue.
Resolution
This is a known issue and as such has been raised as a Product Improvement idea to be considered by the Product management team.
