Description:
Within TIBCO Nimbus there are reminder emails set to enabled as default. Is it possible for these to be disabled?
Resolution
These can be disabled by following the below steps:
1. Open the author client
2. Go to Administration > System Options
3. Navigate to Maps > reminders
From here you can double click the Enable email reminders to turn the appropriate ones off, or leave them enabled.
Note that if you make changes to these - the changes will only affect any new acknowledgment / authorization requests etc. It will not enable or disable notifications for any created prior to them being changed
