Resolution:
Yes, it is possible to connect to two different versions of Siebel server.
This can be done by using separate properties(.tra) file for each adapter instance and have entry for the corresponding Siebel java data bean jars. This way it is possible to have adapter1 connecting to one version of server and adapter2 connecting to another version of server from the same machine.
