Description:
On Windows we observe that after email configuration on MDM, we still not receive email and the following is reported in the logs.
ERROR com.tibco.mdm.integration.handlers.SMTPMessageSender - Messaging exception: javax.mail.MessagingException: Could not connect to SMTP host: smtp.tibco.com, port: 25;
nested exception is: java.net.SocketException: Permission denied: connect
Resolution
Disable following options.
Go to McAffee -->Manage Features-->VirusScan enterprise -->
and disable Access protection, On Delivery Email Scanner and On Access Scanner.
