MQSeries applications fail with the "MOM_NO_MQSSTUB" exception.

Symptoms:
=========
MQSeries applications fail with the "MOM_NO_MQSSTUB" exception.

Cause:
======
This exception means that the Batch MQSeries stub is not linkedited into the S6BDRSES/HRNDRSES load module. This is normally for 1 of 2 reasons.

1) The MQSeries usermod has not been installed.

2) The MQSeries usermod has been regressed by application of SMP maintenance to S6BDRSES.


Resolution:
===========
Increase the REWORK() level of the usermod, if it has been previously installed, and RECEIVE and APPLY the usermod.
