TIBCO Runtime Agent 5.6.1 is supported on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4.x & 5.x  distributions in addition to the currently supported platforms listed in the product documentation.

Please refer to the product readme for details on the other supported platforms.

Installation Steps:

TIBCO Runtime Agent 5.6.1 already provides installation packages for linux (x86 & x86_64) platforms. Please use it for installing TIBCO Runtime Agent 5.6.1 on any version of Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4.x & RedHatEnterprise Linux 5.x and follow the installation instructions as detailed in the product installation documentat.
