The ACL feature is by default locked and can only be unlocked through a product key provided by TIBCO. It must be unlocked through the product-key Admin EXEC command to have any effect on the system.

Example:

run "show product-key" to retrieve the product key value,
tibco> show product-key
Product Key : LLLLLLLLLLL-LLLLLLLLLLL-LLLLLLLLLLL-HHHH
and then enter admin mode and run "product-key" to enable it.
