1). The correct documentation for authorization and authentication in 4.0.1 is present in the TIBCO BusinessEvents Administration guide.  The specific section showing PROJECT is on PDF page 252 (book page numbered 231).

2). Please use the TIBCO BusinessEvents Administration guide for all authorization and authentication topics in TIBCO BusinessEvents  Decision Manager 4.0.1.
