AMRP-3390:

A composite application with a component service configure with a threading policy using a thread pool shared resource with a Blocking rejection policy and one of the following policy: virtualize, secure virtualization or at least once, may under load hang with all threads from the thread pool blocked trying to schedule a task on the thread pool. This may also happen with only the threading policy configured if the component is distributed on a different node than the promoted endpoint. To workaround this issue, the thread pool shared resource should be configured with a Caller Runs rejection policy.
