Resolution:
This error means the relevant jar file is missing from the classpath. Since this happened after upgrading, this normally caused by not stopping the relevant products during the upgrade. Especially on windows system, if the running application is still holding a file, the upgrade will not succeed and after you reboot the machine, the held file will be deleted. So please make sure to stop the application before hand during upgrade. If you already encountered this error, you may reinstall the relevant products to solve it.
