Cause:
=====
Presence of a custom function jar file at multiple locations (e.g., under  $BE_HOME/lib dir and  some other directory outside BE_HOME) with reference specified under project level in studio (Project menu > Properties > Build Path > Custom Functions tab) causes the issue.

Resolution:

Remove custom function jar file from $BE_HOME/lib dir.
