Does the BusinessConnect (BC) server need to be restarted when a new operation file (such as an .xsd) is uploaded ?

The BC does not need to be restarted if a new operation file (such as an .xsd, .esf, or .ecs file) is uploaded into the operation. However, if the file is referenced rather than uploaded, the BC server will have to be restarted. Referenced files are only uploaded once into BC at first use and not thereafter.
