This article explains the techniques through which you can interact and monitor the queue on server status.

Resolution
- Monitoring tool could be used through the Web Manager portal through which they could see the details on the status of the server. Monitoring tools provide a Server overview which will provide details such as Status, server name, total memory used, and cache status )
- Other details such as Status, and cache status could also be mapped through the cs_server _status log file
