Unable to retrieve TIBCO Data Virtualization published data in Visual Studio 2015 with the 8.3 ADO.NET client driver

Description
TIBCO Data Virtualization ADO.NET 8.3 driver is installed on the client machine by executing the ADONetInstall.msi. When adding a new connection in Visual Studio 2015, the data source selected is: TIBCO Data Virtualization Server (TDV).
Test connection succeeds and the data connection shows up, however 'Retrieve data' option is found missing in Visual Studio 2015.

Resolution
To resolve this issue, apply to the following changes:
(1) Along with the msi installer, install the additional ADO.NET driver that is available in the client drivers bundle (\apps\ADO.NET): TIB_TDV_ADONet_2020_19.0.7461.
Please note, during the installation of ADO.NET driver, Visual Studio should be shutdown.
(2) Make sure the client machine has no Windows updates remaining.
To verify, navigate to Settings > Update and Security > Windows Update >should show 'You're up to date'.
(3) In Visual Studio, when adding a data source select 'TIBCO(R) Data Virtualization Data Source' as the data source and 'ADO.NET Provider for TIBCO(R) Data Virtualization' as the Data Provider.

(4) Provide the connection details and 'Retrieve data' option would be available to view the TIBCO DV published data.
