Resolution

Here are few aspects to validate that can help resolving this issue:
  1. Check the cluster status of the datasource associated with the workflow.
  2. Ensure that the cluster is in good health
  3. Restart the Cluster
NOTE:  In case of multiple nodes in the cluster, make sure that all the nodes are up and running.
