Symptoms:

Error message of  "HTTP Status 404  error" when trying to access the MM console.

Cause:
=====
The BE Home location was incorrect in the CDD file.  

Resolution:
=========
Correct the location in the MM.CDD file.

Set &ltcdd:property name="be.http.docRoot" value="C:/tibco_be/be/4.0/mm/web-root"/>
to the correct value.
