Resolution:

The connection states and their meanings are listed as follows:

CONNECTED: the connection is available.
DISCONNECTED: the connection is disconnected from SAP
BUSY: The connection is busy for invocation
PENDING COMMIT: The connection is committing the invocation
NONINITIALIZED: The connection has not been initialized yet
INITIALIZING: The connection is being initialized
