Description:
The release notes mentions about the custom properties file "<BW_HOME>/bin/com/tibco/deployment/bwengine.xml". Move the whole directory structure "com/tibco/deployment/bwengine.xml" to the <BW_HOME>/lib directory. If you need to add any custom properties add it to the bwengine.xml file under <BW_HOME>/lib/com/tibco/deployment directory and not under the <BW_HOME>/bin directory.
