TIBCO Teradata Adapter 5.1.0 documentation and readme does not have any Patch related information for CLI 4.6.2 on Windows.
Impact

Loss of Functionality
The adapter might not behave predictably.
Workaround

Ensure that patch DR-63674 is applied on CLI version 4.6.2 on Windows .This is mandatory.
