Description:
The obfuscate.exe shipped with the TRA 5.1.3 SDK version is not in proper working order; the workaround is to
simply delete the obfuscate.exe from the &ltTIBCO_HOME>/tra/5.1/bin directory, make a copy of wrap.exe and
rename the copy to obfuscate.exe.

This is not a problem with the regular TRA 5.1.3 packages, nor with UNIX.
