Is it possible to set java.extended.properties through Cluster Deployment Descriptor (CDD) file Or TIBCO Administrator (Admin)?

Environment:

All Operating Systems
TIBCO BusinessEvents version 4.x and 5.x

Cause:
======
The .tra file property "java.extended.properties" is a parameter being passed to the Java Virtual Machine to run a Java application. CDD files are read and parsed after the Java Application (TIBCO BusinessEvents in this case)  is up and running.

Resolution:
=========
The java.extended.properties cannot be set through CDD or Admin.
