Occurs infrequently within an Execution Environment address space running on z/OS.

TIBCO ObjectStar for z/OS 4.1.1 with PTFs AP11665 or AP11766 applied.

Cause:
This error is caused by an error in HRNHLLTO error recovery ESTAE logic described by problem report CR 1-843NF3 and is corrected in TIBCO Object Service Broker for z/OS 5.0.0.


Resolution:
Upgrade to TIBCO Object Service Broker for z/OS 5.0.0.
