This error will occur when the Subscription Service is not able to send the reply for the messages it received.
When the ”Publish to Adapter” activity is configured with Request/Reply mode , it expects a reply from the Subscription Service. This error will occur if the temporary queue is not available for the subscriber to put the reply message in.

A temporary reply destination(queu/topic) is removed, if the requestor timesout.

Resolution
--------------
Increase the request timeout value for the BW process so that Subscription Service will be able to send the reply.
