EMS 6.0 HF1 contains the following defect fixes:

Closed Issues in 6.0.0-hotfix01 (this release):

  Defect ID: EMS-3593
     EMS Server's tibemsadmin "info" command sometimes displayed an
     inaccurate "Routed Msg Hold Count" count. Non-persistent messages
     arriving from a route could cause the count to increment
     incorrectly. This has been fixed.
    
  Defect ID: EMS-3596
     If a session with a closed consumer that had unacknowledged
     messages was disconnected, the server could crash. This has been
     fixed.

  Defect ID: EMS-3599
     Fixed a problem that caused the EMS server to crash when
     processing incoming data messages and creating monitor messages
     for route connect errors concurrently.

  Defect ID: EMS-3606
     Fixed an error that could cause the server to crash if a
     destination being destroyed contained closed consumers with
     outstanding unacknowledged messages.

EMS Engineering have confirmed the fixes for these defects EMS-3593, EMS-3596, EMS-3599 and  EMS-3606 *are* included in the EMS 6.0.1release.
