Symptoms:

The changes in CDD are not taken into effect irrespective of enabling the hot deployment settings.
Cause:

The CDD files are read only on restart of agents.
Resolution:
========
Restart of TIBCO BusinessEvents agent is required to apply changes in CDD. CDD properties will be loaded on startup of the agent.
