Description:
Logging in to the Admin GUI with LDAP credential refreshes the login page and shows the error, "The username or password you entered is incorrect".
Symptoms:
-The issue is user specific. Other LDAP users do not have issue logging in.
-LDAP user is reflected in the Admin GUI and can be managed.
-Trying with a new LDAP user with granted permission has no issue logging in.
-Audit.log shows "User <user_name> requested authentication using TIBCO-Administrator and the operation failed".

Resolution
As other LDAP users have no issue logging in, the error, "The username or password you entered is incorrect" usually indicates a credential error. Check the LDAP server side or use third party software to verify the user/password pair is correct.
