GDSN Plugin Installer from configurator fails if CIM is set up in clustered mode, i.e. having two members in the ConfigValues.xml

Environment
==========
TIBCO Collaborative Information Manager 8.2 (GDSN Plugin )
Operating System(s): All Operating Systems

Symptoms:
========
The error says "Exactly one server should be present."

XMLPropertyManager: Accessed the property file (C:\[TEMP]\cim\8.2\config\ConfigValues.xml.orig) for the first time. Loaded the properties.
Invoking Cpath Java program

[Info] Parsing arguments

Exactly one server should be present
log4j:WARN No appenders could be found for logger (com.tibco.mdm.infrastructure.propertymgr.XMLGDSNPropertyMerger).
log4j:WARN Please initialize the log4j system properly.
Error :- C:\[TEMP]\cim\8.2\config\ConfigValues.xml is not migrated. Reverting the original file back.
     Adding :- ConfigValues.xml ( path :- C:\[TEMP]\cim\8.2\config\ConfigValues.xml)
Time taken for installing configvalues :- 0:0:2.47ms

Cause:
=====
The migration has to be one server at a time right now - the new config values template expect it to be in this form.This is currently the behavior of the Configuration migration. When there are 2 or more server configurations the migration program throws exception "Exactly one server should be present."

Resolution:
========
The procedure for this issue is to migrate the Configuration with one server configuration and add the remaining server node in the migrated configuration file (ConfigValues.xml).
