SSES-2291 - Medium - Substation
Warn users when CICS-X will not be able to apply Flow-Control - SXS2505W

Fix Applied: Changes applied in SXSPARM module to display warning message SXS2505W
with Reason code 24 at Substation ES startup when the buffer count for CICS-X triggers and/or
messages is less than 50. To ensure Substation applications using CICS-X can apply flow-control
, increase the keyword BUFFERS value to be a value of 50 or more.

SSES-2290 - Critical - Substation
Flow control for CICS-X messages now works extremely effectively

Fix Applied: Flow Control for messages in XCF or XM mode to/from CICS has been modified
and enhanced. Modules for Mainframe RED as well as the Substation ES CICS-X interface
have been changed.

SSES-2289 - Critical - Substation
Substation ES Flow-control and Stress management

Key changes done in Substation ES modules to manage flow-control and stress management
conditions affecting all messages for both inbound and outbound transactions, Much more
efficient and effective resulting in better CPU management when available resources are
scarce.  

SSES-2287 - High - Substation, WebUI

Users with incorrect mainframe credentials logging in using Mainframe WebUI may cause
Substation ES to abend.
Fix Applied: Changes applied to the TCP/IP and the Admin interface.

SSES-2286 - High - Substation

Change Substation Snapshot defaults

Description: 
Change the old default with the new default values
Old defaults: def=100, Min 100, Max=10000
New defaults: Def=50, Min=20, Max=1000

SSES-2285 - Medium - Substation
Changes made to CICS Real-time viewer SXX3VIEW, XTUV.REC formatting
Description:
Rearranged the displays to be more informative for the XTUV,REC information.

SSES-2284 - Critical - Substation
XCF Group Exit takes corrective action when a system (LPAR/VM) leaves the SYSPLEX

The CICS-X XCF group exit needed to be modified to take corrective action when a system
(member of the SYSPLEX) is partitioned out of the PLEX.
Currently, no action has been taken when a system member leaves the SYSPLEX.

Fix Applied: Corrective action applied when a system (LPAR) leaves the SYSPLEX.

SSES-2282 - High - Substation

Change the Write to Log Environment labels

Fixes Applied:
CICS RED Interface is now CICS-X
CICS is now CICS-E or EXCI Interface 

SSES-2281 - Critical - Substation

CICS-X Interface number exceeded its predefined amount (10) causing a memory overlay.

Issue Description:
Substation terminates with a RC=20 which was definitely a memory overlay condition
Source Modules affected TIBSSMT2, SXXTHDG.
Load Module affected TIBSSRED, TIBSSMT2

Fix Applied: Currently a value for the maximum CICS-X interfaces (40) per Substation has been
defined and verified.

SSES-2279 - Low - Substation

Startup error message SXC3789E modified to show correct details

Fix applied:
Reformatted CICS startup message when no TIBCO group is defined in the CICS CSD

SSES-2274 - High - Substation

Add counter display to show total Services Exceeding Threshold per interface

Fix Applied: Added the capability to show the total # of Services Exceeding Threshold per interface.
This is working only for CICS-X  interfaces at present. 

SSES-2273 - High - Substation

EMS TCP Socket Send and Receive buffer size is set to a default of 32k.

Description:
Issue a call in the SSES ESB for EMS to set the Socket buffer size to the maximum so that
outbound data can process more efficiently.
tibems_SetSocketReceiveBufferSize & tibems_SetSocketSendBufferSize set to -1
Modules affected (SXT3CTL.c and SXT3MSG.c)

Fix Applied: Messages were added for socket set command and an informational message is shown
when the set completed successfully. Users should see this message in the Substation LOG file for
each EMS connection.

SSES-2272 - High - Substation, CICS-X

XTUV, RECV gets ASRA
Issue Description:
Transaction XTUV, RECV gets an ASRA. The program (SXX3VIEW) was writing beyond the
length of the actual string area.

Fix applied: Program SXX3VIEW changes applied to handle the actual variable length to avoid
ASRA abend.

SSES-2269 - High - Substation

Support both RV and EMS for triggers in CICS-X interfaces, INTF-PARTNER keyword values.

Fix Applied: Added support to test for trigger service-name validity for each INTF-PARTNER value
before sending the request to the ERSB interface. If the service name is not found a SXX7979* will
be produced 

SSES-2268 - High - Substation

Support both or multiple EMS, RV ESBs for trigger based messages using the
INTF-PARTNER selection

Fix Applied: Enhancement done to the existing TIBSS Version to support multiple different Message
types like RV and EMS for outbound trigger based on the  INTF-PARTNER selection 

SSES-2263 - Critical - Substation

SXCAXMEO signon/signoff exit does not cater for multiple exits

Issue Description:
SXCAXMEO signon/signoff exit does not cater for multiple exits. IBM changed the method since
CICS 5.4 for how multiple exits are handled. The IBM sample for *..SDFHSAMP(DFH$SXP1) shows
what the code should look like

Fix applied: The TIBCO Substation exit SXCAXMEO has now been changed to handle
multiple exits at entry and exit.

SSES-2259 - Critical - Substation

ESB for EMS change to closing of connections under stress

Fix Applied: Fix done in the reset of the stress counter when the system reconnects. It happens
when the EMS permanent store file on a NAS experiences an issue and allows SSES outgoing
messages to get backed up 

SSES-2258 - High - Substation

Change wait time for Admin command doing a CICS call from 20 to 60 sec

Issue Description:
When doing an admin command and several CICS EXCI or CICS-X interfaces still need to be called,
a possible timeout can occur when the system is really busy.

Fix Applied: Changed the wait time for the Admin Interface from 20 sec to 60 sec

SSES-2256 - Low - Substation 
  
The Substation ES operational command SET,CICS,TRCLVL-TRIG=4 now also supports
SET,CICS,TRCLVL-TRG=4.
 Issue fixed.
 

SSES-2078 - Low - Substation

If the Substation is restarted with CICS-X  interfaces, In CICS log shows
message "SXX7745I SXX3CADM - Monitor not active.

Fix Applied: SXX3CADM now puts out a warning message “Monitor not active” and also the
connection does not get lost from the substation side.

SSES-2064 - Critical - Substation

Add Recipe Threshold field to Service - both EMS and RV

Fix Applied: Added new field “THRESHOLD" on Recipe Service in config files of both EMS and RV.
The default is 0(no threshold). Value range from 0 to 999999 in milliseconds.   

SSES-1669 - High - Substation

A SS setup with two CICS-X & a TCP interfaces, if there is CICS-X error when SS startup.
Somehow SS will shutdown the TCP interface as well

Issue Fixed: TCP is not disconnected when one of the CICS-X Interfaces has errors at startup.

TIBCO Substation ES 2.14.0 HotFix #15 is now available
