Resolution
To get the list of users belonging to a particular Group, you can use the "getUsersByGroup" web service operation available in TDV.
This API is present in TDV Studio > Composite Data Services > Web Services > system > admin > user > operations.
Run the API and mention the group and the domain name to get the list of all the users belonging to this group.
