Resolution
- In TDV Studio, open the 'Amazon Redshift' data source > navigate to the 'Overrides' tab > In the Search dialog box type 'enable native data loading' and select it > a checkbox will appear to enable it.
- Save the changes made.

Note: A TDV Server restart is not required for native loading to be in effect for the Redshift adapter.
