Description
Issue while loading WebFOCUS reports as WebFOCUS Reporting Server is having Data Service agents in "in use" state with very low "DBMS time" and very high "Server time". One way to avoid this is by automatically killing the Data Service agent for the request which is running for more than a specific time.
Resolution
In order to kill the reporting server agents which are stuck for more than 30 minutes you can follow the below steps:
1) Go to Reporting Server -> Workspace
2) In the left side bar expand 'Data Services'
3) Right click on 'DEFAULT' -> 'Properties'
4) Change the idle_agent_limit = x, where x is the time after which you want the agent to be killed.
