The TIBCO Scribe® Insight virtual entity RecordAccessTeamMembership is used to create System Managed Access Teams. Virtual entities are only available in the target and do not actually exist. They are  just a mechanism used by TIBCO Scribe® Insight to gather the data necessary to perform some sort of record insert or update.

System Managed Access Teams are associated with a specific entity. To create this association the entity must enable Access Teams and have at least one Access Team Template tied to it.

Creating The System Managed Access Team And/Or Adding A User To The Team

1. Make sure you have the System Administrator security role or equivalent permissions in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
   • Follow the steps in View your user profile.
   • Don’t have the correct permissions? Contact your system administrator.
2. Go to Settings > Customizations.
3. In the Customization window, choose Customize the System.
4. In the navigation pane, expand Entities, and then choose the entity you want to use in the team template.
5. On the Entity Definition form, in the Communication & Collaboration section, select the Access Teams check box.
6. On the Actions toolbar, choose Save.
