Re-compiled and re-linked the C++ zlib 1.2.11 dlls on Windows without inline assembly due to the library having a buggy implementation with its inline assembler code.

Fixed a rare race condition that could cause a task to complete before it has been added to the collection map, which would cause the Driver to become unresponsive.

Updated default email validation regular expression to allow email addresses containing extra dot (.) and dash (-) characters.

Added a new property "Regular Expression for Email Validation" under the Admin->System Admin -> Manager Configuration ->Admin section to allow users to implement their own custom regular expression to validate user email addresses.

Fixed an issue where a "method not allowed" error would sometimes appear when loading Engine logs in the Administration Tool.

Fixed an issue in the Manager where threads were not always being released after requesting a task cancellation in the Task Admin section of the Administration Tool.


Scheduler

Added a short pause in the Broker Scheduler between each scheduling episode to prevent a possible situation where the Broker would reject connections during a state of very heavy load.

Apache Tomcat version has been updated to 8.5.58.
