The TIBCO Statistica Language Packs provide localized Graphical User Interface (GUI) for the TIBCO Statistica components. All GUI elements, such as menus, dialog boxes, field names, and labels of the base product are presented in the available languages when language packs are deployed.

The Language Pack in this release contains the following language:

• French
• German
• Japanese
• Spanish (Mexican)
• Portugese
• Russian

 

PREREQUISITES
TIBCO Statistica 13.5.0 (Can be downloaded from TIBCO Download eDelivery site)
Statistica hotfix V135HFS04 (Can be downloaded from here or by navigating to Support portal>>Downloads>>HotFixes)



INSTALLATION
Language pack installation on native windows

1. Download the language pack zip file from TIBCO Download eDelivery site.  For example, download TIB_stat-lp_13.5.0_languagepack-ja.zip for Japanese language pack.

2. Place the language pack zip file to the machine where Statistica 13.5 English is installed

3. Unzip the language pack zip file. The zip file contains three items (Folder with name: ja, English.svb, Japanese.svb)

4. Move the language folder, ja and the svb files to the Statistica application home directory.

* For 64 bit machines, typical path is C:\Program Files\Statistica\Statistica 13\
* For 32 bit machines, typical path is C:\Program Files (x86)\Statistica\Statistica 13\

5. Restart Statistica

6. Reset the node browser by following the steps in https://support.tibco.com/s/article/Missing-menu-items-icons-while-accessing-them-with-open-Workspace-in-Statistica
