How to resolve the "FOC1570" error when accessing the designer report?
A WebFOCUS user is receiving the FOC1570 error when attempting to access the designer report
The issue arises when the "admin.cfg" file displays that the USER (along with other roles) has "NODPT" for admin_privilege, which disables direct passthrough.

Resolution
To fix this issue:
Under access control remove the NODPT for the appropriate user roles using General Privilege.
Go to Reporting Server Console>
Access Control, then right-click the role (Basic User for example),
then select General Privileges and deselect NODPT(Disable Direct Passthru).
