Resolution

It is recommended to have a dedicated windows service account for WebStatistica if this configuration needs to be setup . The windows service account should preferably have a password that never expires. The service account also needs to an administrator on the Statistica Enterprise Application Server for the service to run successfully.

  1. Login to the WebStatistica server
  2. Under Control Panel|Administrative Tools|Services, right-click on WebSTATISTICA service and select Properties
  3. On the Log On tab, select “This account”, and enter user name and password

4.Click OK.

5. Select Control Panel | Administrative Tools | Component Services.

6. Expand the DCOM Config folder

7. Right-click on the StatSoft WebSTATISTICA Job Server, and select Properties

8. Select the Identity tab.

9. Select the “This user” option, and enter the same user and password as was used for the WebSTATISTICA service. Click OK.
