Those of you who attended our recent TIBCO+ibi: The Power of Together event (https://together.tibco.com/) have experienced how we are seizing this amazing opportunity to expand our historic commitment to our customers' success through the delivery of continuous innovation and ever-increasing value. Today, we're excited to announce new releases of TIBCO products from the ibi product portfolio. These latest product releases represent the culmination of significant product development and maintenance - all in alignment with customers' feedback and priorities. Additionally, you will see the initial phase of new branding within the software, and in corresponding technical content assets that reflects both the products' heritage and the newly merged company:

• WebFOCUS® is now TIBCO WebFOCUS®: 8207.27.0
• FOCUS® is now TIBCO FOCUS®: 8207.27.0
• iWay® Service Manager is now TIBCO iWay® Service Manager: 8.0.5
• iWay® Data Migrator is now TIBCO® Data Migrator: 8207.27.0

The new releases of TIBCO WebFOCUS, TIBCO FOCUS, TIBCO Data Migrator and TIBCO iWay Service Manager are available today. New TIBCO Omni-Gen® releases are scheduled for availability within the next few weeks. (Edit 5/24/2021: Omni-Gen releases are now available.)

New Golden License Key Model

Many customers have requested a simplified and more flexible license key model. In order to address this need, we have implemented a new Golden Key for the product versions announced today, and all future versions. Upon installation, access to all features and options will be enabled. Your maintenance upgrade provides access to additional high-value features such as Analytics Anywhere, unlimited TIBCO WebFOCUS Omni™ Standard Adapters, and other capabilities. Please refer to this document New Product Packages for more information regarding these capabilities as well as additional licensable add-ons. Your contract governs the products, including the licensed features and options, as well as the associated units of measure and quantities for which you are licensed; accordingly, please review your contract to determine limitations on your use.

When the product is enabled via this key, administrators can use security settings and individual roles to limit the access of groups and users to individual products and features.

The Golden Key license is assigned to new product installations and cloud deployments automatically. Customers who upgrade to these latest releases from an earlier release continue to maintain their legacy license keys. Following your upgrade, you can follow the instructions in the Release Notes to enable the product via Golden Key.

Access to New Releases via TIBCO® eDelivery

During the past several months, we have enhanced the software development life cycle processes for all products. These process changes are designed to improve product quality, strengthen alignment with industry best practices, and establish a company standard for certification of general availability releases. All of the releases announced today have achieved this certification and are available via the TIBCO eDelivery site: https://edelivery.tibco.com.

Contacts at your company who are active in Customer Support and have utilized the ibi Download site, will receive an email within the next few days, which will initiate the registration process and facilitate access to the eDelivery site. Going forward, all new product releases will be available only on TIBCO eDelivery. In addition, it is expected that the latest TIBCO WebFOCUS 8.2.06 release will be available on the TIBCO eDelivery site within the next 60-90 days. Customers can continue to use the ibi download site to acquire older releases until its retirement date of June 4, 2021; after this date, these releases will be available by request through Customer Support.
