TIBCO Scribe® Online Update Password Button is Greyed Out

Description
When a user forgets their password in TIBCO Scribe® Online, they would follow the forgot password process as defined below.
From the TIBCO Scribe® Online Sign in page, select Forgot your password?
On the Forgot your Password page, enter the email address used to create your TIBCO Scribe Online account and select Change Password.
TIBCO Scribe Online sends you an email at that address that walks you through the steps to reset your password.
On the Change Password dialog, enter your new password.
Read the terms of service and check Accept the Terms of Service.
Select Update Password to save your new password.
Some web browsers such as Internet Explorer may not work correctly to complete this process. When you reach the Change Password dialog the Update Password button will remain greyed out and you will not be able to save the changes.
Issue/Introduction
When attempting the Forgot Password process in TIBCO Scribe Online, some web browsers may cause the Update Password button to be greyed out on the change password page. Using the Chrome browser will resolve the issue.
Resolution
If the Update Password button is greyed out, we recommend trying a different web browser. Chrome is generally a good alternative. If you continue to encounter this issue after trying different web browsers, open a support case with TIBCO Scribe Support for further assistance.
