Resolution:
With JDK 1.4 and above, the jsse.jar, file is shipped with the JRE installation itself. The files jcert.jar and jnet.jar are integrated into the JDK as of 1.4 so we don't ship them with our product.

Note: JSSE was previously an optional package (standard extension) to the JavaTM 2 SDK, Standard Edition (J2SDK) versions 1.2 and 1.3. JSSE has now been integrated into the J2SDK, v 1.4.
