Resolution:
On 32 or 64 bit systems a segmentation fault is reported when running utilities such as ConfigureMonitoring. The error states:Shared Library load failed for function name "JNI_CreateJavaVM".

The likely cause is .tra file corruption. Check that the ConfigureMonitoring.tra file is complete and contains full path information for all environment variables. Another .tra file such as AppManage.tra can be used a basis to correct the corruption.
