The location of Eclipse workspace can be changed using the config.ini file under "\tibco-home\BusinessStudio\configuration".
The property you need to modify is "osgi.instance.area.default"
Default is: osgi.instance.area.default=@user.home/workspace
You can change it to: osgi.instance.area.default=<New Location>/workspace
