Resolution:

Open Domainutility found under <TRA_HOME>/5.x/bin.
Domainutility --> Server Settings --> Change Tomcat Web-Server Ports --> Change the HTTP port, shutdown port or shutdown string for the web server embedded in the Tomcat server.
